The Easter Bunny hid green eggs full of Legos for Brishen.
Not many kids get to find their Easter eggs in the actual nest of actual chickens. Basia was excited to find little firefighters in several of her eggs.
Jon and Aunt Shirley got to celebrate their birthdays while the family was gathered.
Aunt Saralyn made "Resurrection Rolls" with Brishen and Basia. The rolls are stuffed with a big marshmallow rolled in cinnamon, but when they are cooked, the marshmallow is gone, leaving an empty tomb.
Here are the rolls, a little messy but very yummy. We recommended my mom just throw away the pan. Soaking it wasn't quite good enough.
