Can I keep him?

I don't know if I am cut out to be the mom of lots and lots of little boys after all.

Here is an example of where my doubts start to rise:

Edison:  Mom, can I keep him?  I love him!  He's my favorite!  (as he lovingly snuggles something up to his cheek)

Me:  What is it, Edison?

Edison:  A snake(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)


Luckily Edison doesn't have his slithery animals straight just yet, but I'm afraid of what my future holds.  Very afraid.
