I decorated my first cake for my cake decorating class tonight. I declare it fairly ugly but complete. I'll never be a master decorator, but I am learning good tips. I now know how to bake a tall, beautiful cake even if I don't know how to decorate it. Of course, it would have looked a lot nicer with just one name on it, but there's no way that either child would have liked having his/her name left off.
