Why is it that Sundays are anything but sabbath around here? Here's today's agenda:
7:15--leave home to drop off Jon at church then head to University UMC for Brishen to play bells for their two services
8:30--Basia and I will watch Brishen play bells at their first service
9:30--rush back to Morning Star to get Basia to Sunday School and to attend 9:45 service, leaving Brishen behind
11:00--I teach Sunday School, Basia attends my class, Brishen plays bells again at University and has to be picked up by a friend once done
1:00--birthday party
2:00--practice for Christmas program
3:00--practice for children's choir
4:00--Jon has church conference
6:30--Brishen's basketball game
This has been typical of our Sundays for quite a while now. Jon used to lead a Bible Study for over two hours each Sunday afternoon, too, but he got the day switched for his own sanity.
