Cousin Kylie is a big 7-year-old today! I still remember celebrating that first birthday with her not so long ago. Here are pictures of her all dressed up for her mom's big '80s party just over a year ago. I had to include the bottom one because we just must show her dad, Joe, in his stylin' outfit as much as possible!
