Yesterday we went with friends to the Chile Challenge in the nearby Robledo Mountains. It started with a nice hike to the first obstacle area. From there we could see two different obstacles. It was truly amazing to watch the Jeeps in action. We really had no idea they could get over those sorts of climbs. After we watched the last of the Jeeps get through those areas, we hiked on to watch a few of them at the next obstacle. We then hiked on to a third area, ate our lunch, and got a real close-up view of them climbing. This will definitely be an annual event for us!
