60. Driven to Distraction by Edward M. Hallowell
It's a book about both childhood and adult Attention Deficit Disorder. Let's just say that I understand my husband a little better now. And my daughter. Very interesting read.
61. Financial Guidebook by Suze Orman
She gives really practical tips and advice. She tells you the exact questions to ask when shopping for insurance and talking to financial professionals and then tells you the answers you should hear. She explains the kinds of insurance and investments that make sense and why. She explains what happens to your money and your children when you die with and without a will and why she recommends setting up a trust to make things easier on those you leave behind. It's a small book packed with information, and I usually don't like Suze Orman that much--mostly because I know she would tell me that I need to get a job and put my kids in school until we get our savings up where it should be. My plan is to show her (because, of course, she's watching me) that we can get our finances under control even if I stay home. It may take longer, but it is possible!
