Toothless Wonder

"Toothless Wonder" is the title my dad would give us at times like this. This was "before." I took it the morning before that second tooth came out. She was again unable to talk, and the tooth was practically on its side. I just had a feeling it was about to be gone. An hour or two later, she called me from Jon's office to let me know it had fallen out.
It is a bit more difficult for her to eat corn on the cob these days. I finally had to cut the kernels off for her.

This is the look she shows every person who will pay attention to her. She is very proud to have lost teeth, and she wishes her top teeth would get loose already.
For future record, the tooth fairy gave her a dollar bill and four quarters for her first tooth.
Since no tooth is quite as valuable as that first one, she got four quarters for tooth number two.
