Brishen got to play Dictorious in the ancient Greek play by Aristophenes, "The Birds," this weekend. It was his 10th and final play with A Children's Theatre of the Mesilla Valley. He started in kindergarten as a tree, and got his biggest part yet in this play. People were very impressed with the number of lines he memorized, and it was fun for me to see him as one of the "older kids" this time. We will definitely be looking for a children's theater company in El Paso for him.
