Basia memorizes poetry for school, and now she has started to make up her own poems to recite to me. Here's the latest:
The Bomb
by Christina Rosetti (sorry Christina Rosetti, but Basia thinks each poem needs an author, and she doesn't realize that she should put her own name in that slot when she makes up the poem)
Don't touch it.
Don't pick it up.
Don't set it on fire.
It will burn your house up.
love basia
I think we can all agree that, not only is this a thing of art, but it has an important message. Smoky the Bear and the Land Mine Safety Coalition would approve.
