Pile O' Papers #1

Here we go again!  I went to the mailbox this evening, and what did I see but a large envelope waiting for me.  This is the first stack of papers that we need to fill out and send back to our homestudy agency along with our first check (of many).  This will be our 3rd homestudy in 14 years of marriage, and reading through the questions definitely brings back memories and headaches.  Let the writer's cramps begin...
