That is the approximate number of people in line at the post office this morning when I drove up to mail our first big packet of adoption paperwork, along with our first big check.

That is the number of people in front of me in the line for the automated mailing machine. I chose the line of 1 instead of the line of 4,389 and was out of there in no time. Yippee, we have mailed one of many big packets of paper! Progress, for sure!

I use the automated postal machine at our post office at least 4 times a week, so I've got it down to a science. Today, there was a postal worker there helping people at the machine so that the other line wasn't so long. She was none too happy when I told her I could do it myself. :)
