Yes, I Am Brave

If the definition of brave could be:  one who is willing to go to a kick-your-butt fitness class as THE ONLY female in a sea of males, as THE ONE who could be a parent to every other male there (other than the Olympic athlete instructor, who definitely isn't normal so doesn't count), as THE ONLY one with jiggly bits (not those jiggly bits, I'm talking the junk in my trunk and the muffin top and the other jiggly bits, sheesh) in a room of hard bodies, where lots of jumping and bouncing and such will undoubtedly happen, and, get this, ALL IN FRONT OF A GIANT, WALL SIZE MIRROR,

then, yes, I am brave.

Too bad I don't live closer. We could give those guys a double dose of junk in the trunk and muffin tops. Just what they're hoping for when they go to a fitness class.

Brishen's Birthday, Too

  We were in Sacramento on Brishen's birthday, but we made it home to celebrate the next day.  He wanted green chile potato corn chowder...
