Are we adopting this week or are we not? I'm going a little crazy here. We thought we were just waiting on one piece of paper, and the case worker finally came back from vacation and confirmed that she completed it on Friday. We also met with the adoption worker on Friday who assured us that the paperwork was filed and that she would see us next (now this) week.
Only, we can't get any sort of confirmation of a date or time. We have invited people. We have my mother-in-law flying in tomorrow. We have a countdown on our chalk board. We are READY!
Please, oh, please, someone call us with the exact date and time and have it be this week, preferably Wednesday morning, as we were expecting!! Please!
