So Zade read his first little book on Dr. Seuss's birthday. The very next morning, March 3, I sat down with Tobias, knowing that he, too would be able to read. Oh, my, goodness, was he cute! He would sound out a word and jump up and down with excitement when he figured out what it said. It was a whole new world unlocked for him, and he was pure joy. I am lucky that I got this picture because he raced to get more books to read when he was finished with his first. He finds joy in every word he decodes, and it does my heart good.
