The kids loved playing games when Grandma visited!
We moved our games out of the closet and into beautiful (to us) display on our living room built in shelves. This has encouraged us to play games a lot more. The little ones want to play games all the time. I have to make sure only one game is out at a time, or they will all be mixed up and missing pieces before we know it. Brishen remembers a few years ago when we played every single one of our games in a 1 month period. He wants to do it again. We have tons more games and tons more kids, so it is going to be more challenging. We are going to allow two months this time, and Brishen figures we'll need to play a game a day with an extra one thrown in when we get a chance. Other than Asa, the little kids are now at an age that they can learn some games and (more importantly) allow the older ones of us to play for a while without climbing on top of the board and ruining everything. This is going to be a huge, tough challenge this time around, but these are the memories I want Brishen to carry with him forever more. His love language is quality time. Mission accepted! Come on over and join us for a game marathon anytime you'd like!!
