Lazy Sunday

Or . . .maybe not so lazy. That's right, I survived my second marathon today--all 26.2 miles of dirt roads, sand pits, uphill climbs. My shoes used to be a pretty white color. My socks will have to be thrown away. I scrubbed layers and layers of dirt off my body when I got home.
All in all, I liked this second one quite a bit more than the first one. It was definitely a more challenging course, but the atmosphere and pace were a lot more to my liking. I could go into lots more details, but I'm a bit tired for some reason. Maybe tomorrow.
