Today was a busy day, but I have no good pictures to show for it. Grandma is visiting, so there was lots of "Grandma, will you play with me?" this morning.
The afternoon found us running from place to place. Today was our homeschool group's talent show. Brishen recited Sonnet 18 and part of Act 4, Scene 1 from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth. I gave him permission to tell everyone that he did the Romeo and Juliet piece against his free will. When you're a 9-year-old boy, you can't have people thinking you like that romance stuff.
After the talent show, both kids had gymnastics, and Grandma got to watch. After a little break and a snack, Brishen had basketball practice. We spent the evening relaxing in front of the TV like a good American family.
I'll try to take better pictures tomorrow.
