Ever have one of those days when . . .
it feels like your husband has been out of town for 11 days (and maybe he has)?
when you are getting one of those viruses that causes your skin to hurt, and even your sweet daughter's back rubs feel like sandpaper scraping your skin off?
when the house you've tried so hard to keep clean is slowly (for the sake of discussion, let's say "not so slowly") becoming a pig sty because, even though you brought loads of "goodies" to your church rummage sale and a certain girl with pigtails only found three little things to buy with her money, those three little things have hundreds of thousands of little pieces that must all be played with at once (did I mention one of the toys makes lots and lots of noise)?
when you go to feed your kids lunch, and you realize you're going to have to serve them a soy hot dog without a bun, without any fresh fruit or veggies, without a simple pretzel on the side?
when you get groceries and realize that you, and only you, will have to put them away, and get something together for supper, even though you feel like sitting down RIGHT NOW lest the queasiness overtake you, and, just for fun, one of the grocery bags breaks open (not the one with harmless bags of dried beans or boxes of cereal, but the one with a glass jar of mayonnaise), and you have to add a thorough scrubbing of the floor and a search for the countless tiny shards of broken glass around the kitchen and adjoining rooms, and the tiny shard of glass that your finger finds all on its own only bleeds momentarily?
Whew, it's good to know that you've had days like that, too.

I can certainly sympathize, but I know sympathy doesn't actually get those groceries put away! :) Thinking about you, and praying for some quick relief!!
