Family Visit, Day 1
Jon's mom, sister, and her family are in town visiting. On Sunday we went to the corn maze after church to attend the Pumpkin Festival.
Jon and Basia were awarded medals for their carved pumpkins--no, I never got a picture of the actual pumpkins. Oops.

We tried our hand at pumpkin shot put. None of us won a medal in that particular event. Jon's failed attempt is pictured below.

Jon, Brishen, and Uncle Tyler tried their best at the pumpkin pie eating contest.
Their showings were a bit disappointing!

The younger kids had fun racing their little ducks.
We all rode the hay ride to the pumpkin patch. If you come over and see Basia's newest "pumpkin," please don't call it a gourd. She is very sensitive.

Once it got too dark to play outside, we all took turns on Dance, Dance Revolution, Jr. There were some very entertaining moments. Aunt Jeanne was the champion.
