A Few Last Sacramento Sights

Above is the beautiful Point of Silence. Below is a picture taken from behind the house where I used to live. When I lived there, these trees were alive.

And here is another beautiful sight that we found waiting for us in the dining hall. Apple Crisp! When I lived at camp, this dessert was served every single Wednesday and Saturday night. It got old back then, but it was a welcome sight after so many years. Nowadays they serve it with cinnamon ice cream!

I LOVE that shot of Point of Silence! That shot of the trees makes me so sad! And the apple crisp. . . it sure did get old, but I'd be all for a piece today! Great photos!

Brishen's Birthday, Too

  We were in Sacramento on Brishen's birthday, but we made it home to celebrate the next day.  He wanted green chile potato corn chowder...
