Last night was my final Level 1 cake decorating class. I learned several things, particularly that I do not have the patience to be a real cake decorator. I can handle cute, themed, kids' cakes. I don't really like to work hard enough to make anything elegant for grown-ups.Thursday, November 20, 2008
