Today should be a fun day. We have our regular morning church activities. Early this afternoon will be the baby shower for my brother and sister-in-law. I know that will be lots of fun. My mom and I made the cake yesterday, and it turned out really nice. We have some fun games planned, so I hope to have some great pictures to share tomorrow.
Tonight is the children's pageant at church. Brishen is the narrator, and Basia is a sheep. Basia still did not want a speaking part, but she's OK with a few "baa"s. Brishen likes his role, other than the fact that he has to wear a tie. Oh the horror! He cried when I put a tie on him when he was two, and he cried when I put a tie on him when he was eight. He won't cry this time, but he certainly is not pleased!
