My mom has a great recipe for "Broken Arrow" rolls from a restaurant that she and my dad used to own. Several of us have tried, unsuccessfully, to learn how to make them. Our hope for the future of the Broken Arrow rolls now rests in Basia. We feel she is our best hope for figuring out how to make them like Mom.
