Do you notice a trend? I'm only getting around to posting about our reading every other week. It's not that we aren't reading. It's just that I am not posting. Oh well, here's what we read the last two weeks. I have a baby in my arms, so I will try to post reviews of the ones I read later.
Brishen:
43. Gregor and the Curse of the Warmbloods by Suzanne Collins
44. Gregor and the Marks of Secret by Suzanne Collins
45. Gregor and the Code of Claw by Suzanne Collins
Melani:
48. Still Alice by Lisa Genova
This is a great book about a woman who has early-onset Alzheimers. It did make me feel like I had the disease, too, the whole time I was reading it.
49. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
I know I'm behind the times, just getting around to this one. It was a fun, quick read! Thanks for the recommendation, Robin.
50. Tales of Ancient Egypt by Roger Lancelyn Green
Here I go again. I have a long list of books I have to read before Brishen gets to them. This is the first literature book he will be assigned this school year. I love history and really enjoy reading most of his history books. Unfortunately, mythology is not my thing. It may be a long year!!
