Brishen:
50. Freddy is Haunted by Deitlof Reiche
51. Tom Swift and the Astral Fortress by Victor Appleton
52. Tom Swift and The Rescue Mission by Victor Appleton
53. Tom Swift: Ark Two by Victor Appleton
54. 39 Clues: The Maze of Bones by Rick Riordan
55. The Mammoth Academy in Trouble by Neal Layton
I'm actually wondering if I am going to get in trouble from the pediatrician for not being better at forcing lights out at 10pm. That's a lot of books in two weeks!
Melani:
54. The Sister by Poppy Adams
I read this for my book club on Monday. It is such an uplifting, sweet story---or maybe not, eh, Robin? I suppose it's more disturbing on many levels, but I did find it interesting. I really wanted to know how it would end so I read it fairly quickly. The end, however, was not exactly satisfying.
Yep, that's it for me. One book in two weeks. I'm a slacker, and Brishen officially passed me by for the first time in the challenge. I am oh, so close to finishing another, but I could not keep my eyes open long enough at night to get it done. I also have not mastered the art of holding a baby, a bottle and a book without the baby ripping the book or the bottle slipping to weird angles.
Jon:
29. Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell
30. Maskerade by Terry Pratchett
Jon's feeling down that he is several books behind, but I think it's pretty awesome that he has read 30 books this year with all the other stuff that keeps him busy in life. I'm guessing it's been a long time since he read that many books in a year.
