I bought Teddy Grahams for trick or treaters. Jon saw them and sadly asked if we are one of those families. I guess we are, but in my defense, there was more than one reason I bought Teddy Grahams.
1. We don't plan to be around for trick or treaters anyway, so anything left would be eaten by ME. That's not good.
2. I have little toys, too, so that will be really cool, right? Cooler than chocolate, right? I know, but I can pretend.
3. The big bags of chocolate cost eight bucks. The Teddy Grahams were two bags for four bucks. That makes fiscal sense since we're not going to be around to hand out candy anyway!
4. They were all out of the fruit snacks and fruit roll-ups in Halloween bulk bags.
5. Hey, at least I'm not giving out pencils, toothbrushes, or Bible tracts. Give a girl a little credit.
