Stories and Experiences 3: Junk Food

The above McDonald's sign is written in Hebrew and right on the Sea of Galilee (a McKabob was on the menu). The below Coke is written in Arabic and found about anywhere for $3.50 a bottle. Junk food was quite expensive in Israel. Walking around and touring all day would lead to some cravings, but we tried to keep the cravings at a minimum when a soda each would cost us $7, even with supper at our hotel. An ice cream cone would cost $4-5 each person.
