Snow Day Number 2
It's only beginning, but here's the plan:

Basia has "water the dogs" on her morning chore chart. The dogs will barely step outside for a quick potty break, but Basia insisted on going out in the 2 degree weather to water the dogs out there. This can be correctly interpreted as a technique to stall school for a while. Here she is with the dogs' water.
