We don't homeschool to avoid other children and thier sometimes-bad influences, but it is a side benefit that I certainly do not mind.
Unfortunately, I did find out some disturbing news yesterday. Apparently one of Basia's imaginary friends, Josh, sits next to her when she is trying to do her school work and says "The F Word." Luckily she and Josh have no clue that there is an actual word that goes with the phrase, "The F Word," so I guess I will refrain from suspending Josh from school for the time being. I may move him to another desk, though, as it seems it is hard for Basia to concentrate when he is muttering such things at her.

Your kids crack me up. I read that, laughed, and then read it again to Kent. He laughed, too. Go easy on Josh--I'm sure this is his first offense. :)
