Mother's Day, Part Deux

These pictures are proof that you can celebrate Mother's Day a week after the date on the calendar and still have an awesome family time.  You will notice a lot of pictures of a certain baby girl.  As is usually the case, the babies and toddlers kept us all entertained and are the highlight of any family event.

Here are some of the things we did during our celebration:  loved on babies and little guys, ate Si Senor take-out, practiced our cartwheels, played kick the can (only using a stuffed horse instead of a can), had foot races, practiced doing the splits, watched some Toy Story and America's Best Dance Crew, learned about bear attacks from a sweet 2-year-old, worried about a certain little boy becoming an arsonist, and played football.

Yep, she ate the whole thing!
Above is a picture of Camden counting during his turn as "it" for hide-and-seek.  Too cute, especially as he peeked through his fingers!

For those family members who want to see my mom's brave attempts at doing the splits and a cartwheel, I'm posting videos on my youtube page.  There's even a bonus video of my dad's cartwheel.  It's typical Dad, for sure.

Brishen's Birthday, Too

We were in Sacramento on Brishen's birthday, but we made it home to celebrate the next day.  He wanted green chile potato corn chowder...
