Oh, Yes, I Did

I was making bread for the week or so ahead.  As I was forming the last of three loaves, I had a vision of my mom's cinnamon rolls and decided that we could skip a few sandwiches.  I was too lazy to look up exactly how to make dough into cinnamon rolls, so I went with memories of my mom slathering on butter and cinnamon (and sugar??) and nuts and just went for it.  They are whole wheat, so they aren't near as melt-in-your-mouth good as my mom's (that couldn't have anything to do with not following a recipe, of course), but the family was sufficiently surprised and pleased by my detour.
