Who's there?
The Fed Ex guy with my lovely packet back from DC a full week after I expected it but lovely just the same.
I now have a dossier (giant packet of paperwork) signed by Hillary Clinton herself (OK, maybe it was an agent of Ms. Secretary of State but they almost make you think she signed it) and authenticated in French by the Embassy of __. It's kind of cool to see how they bolt it all together so you can't slip any extra papers in there that they haven't approved.
This means we are ready for our agency to send our dossier to the country for our referral... only, our country still isn't giving referrals.
Ah, adoption. Not for the faint of heart or the impatient.
