Buckles: Is it physically possible for a toddler to walk by an unbuckled buckle? Not any toddler that I've had around. Every swing, stroller, carseat, and booster seat in existence gets buckled any time one of the toddlers notices that it is unbuckled. I even have to have a rule about them not buckling the other one's booster seat. The rule gets broken many times a day, and the victim is never happy. I finally bought them each a buckling toy:
The little guy can only buckle one of the buckles and cannot unbuckle any of them. The girl can buckle them all herself but needs me to unbuckle it again for her. Over and over again. It would be nice if they could do it all themselves, but they sure love them.
And those are my deep thoughts on buckles.
