and I'll brag if I want to!
I received this from Brishen's Latin teacher:
"I am so pleased with Brishen's work in Latin class. His exam was spectacular! Give him my warmest congratulations."
and this from his Algebra II teacher:
"I've had to attached the corrected test to the students because I set up the upload incorrectly. However since you got a -- 100% -- there are no corrections so there is no attachment! Great job!"
Yes, this son of mine has gotten 100% on all his tests so far this year! I can assure you that these are not easy tests and that it's not easy to find time or a quiet place to study in this household. He also got a 93% on his first big paper. That's a really good grade considering the topic was religious, and Brishen's point of view was different than his teacher's and virtually every other student in his class. He is a progressive Methodist in a conservative Calvinist school, so the burden to back up his beliefs is pretty hefty. He makes us proud!
