Pumpkin Carving and Tea Party Treats 2012!

We love celebrating Halloween with my mom!  As usual, there were yummy (and adorable) snacks and drinks!

This time, her yard was a pumpkin patch, ready for the kids to choose their pumpkin.

Brishen has long been grossed out by pumpkin innards.  It seems he has not yet outgrown his disgust.  He tried really hard to clean his entire pumpkin without having to touch a seed.

It seems that a lot of adult help is needed when most of the kids are age two and under (and would prefer fighting over Grandmother's awesome outside toys to cleaning pumpkin guts).

Grandmother made the coolest Halloween blood!  She got some on her hand, and we know the recipe we will use if ever we need some fake blood!

Thanks for another great event, Mom!!

Brishen's Birthday, Too

We were in Sacramento on Brishen's birthday, but we made it home to celebrate the next day.  He wanted green chile potato corn chowder...
