Thank goodness that we have Dany to do crafts with the kids. I was not great at getting around to Christmas crafts and haven't even attempted anything since then!
Basia and Grandma
Basia got to ice skate for the first time at a foster family event. She loved it and was good at it immediately!
We can thank Timber for delivering gingerbread men and frosting. It was the perfect Christmas Eve activity!

Leaving the goodies
Nine stockings for Santa to fill
I love how the ornaments from the bottom half of the tree are missing. By Christmas Eve, they were all either broken or moved to a higher and safer location on the tree.
One for each!
Filled with goodies
This baby actually was in most of the pictures for the end of the month, so it was hard to find ones without him to legally share. There's nothing like a new baby! He was our wonderful Christmas surprise and the reason we have forgotten what it is like to sleep!
The kids started with balance bikes a year ago (or six months ago for those just arriving then). We have two who took to their training-wheel-less real bikes within days. It's great to see a 3 and 4-year-old riding around like it's nothing. I am a firm devotee of balance bikes!!
