I did it!!!

I lived in Las Cruces for 8 years and wanted to help my kids enter something in the fair each of those years.  It never happened.

We then moved here four years ago, and I had that same goal to enter items in the fair each year.  I did not improve in my statistics:  zero fair entries from the Moores.  

Basia finally had her very first fair entry last year because Timber offered to drop it off for us.  Timber has abandoned us moved to greener mountains, so there was a good chance that Basia would have to remain a 1-hit wonder.  

Guess what?  This very evening I (and six of my kids, some quite naughty, indeed) waited in a long line to drop off entries at the Southern New Mexico State Fair.  I did it!  It only took 12 full years of procrastination to get me in that line, but I did it!  Both Basia and Brishen have entries in this years' fair.  

Whew!  Now I better move on to the next item on my to-do list!
