I was too lazy to make actual gingerbread cookies. Basia has been itching to eat the ones off Grandmother's tree, so I knew we needed to do some of our own. These "gingerbread" cookies are made with butterscotch pudding mix to give them the right color. I give myself a C- for effort, but the kids had fun, and the tradition lives on.
