Not Leap Year?

We challenged ourselves to play every single board game we own in the month of February.  Here we are, on the last day of February (cursing that it is not a normal-sized month or at least Leap Year), with a small but still daunting pile of games left to play.  Brishen and I stayed up late last night playing a game.  We both set our alarms for 6am this morning to get some more games in before school starts.  Jon thought we were crazy but joined us not too long after, in time for me to beat both my guys at their own game:  Risk!  Brishen is setting up yet another game for us to play before school, so off I go.  We are keeping a running tab of the games we have played on the side of this screen.  It should get longer as the day progresses.

Can we accomplish this goal?

Will I ever want to play another game for the rest of my life?

Those are the questions on this last day of this short month.

Brishen's Birthday, Too

We were in Sacramento on Brishen's birthday, but we made it home to celebrate the next day.  He wanted green chile potato corn chowder...
