Here's Soren's Christmas Eve picture, as promised.
Next year Santa gets store bought Oreos. I mean it!
Basia's handing out the Christmas pajama presents.
This little Santa walking around was sooooo cute!
The kids were so excited to have their Christmas pajamas. They showed it by getting super wild. They also danced. I have video, too!
Reindeer cookies for Santa (aka Taco, the cat).
This is one of my favorite parts of this year's Christmas. Cassia was the first one awake. She was so happy and so cute going through her stocking. That sounds normal for a little one on Christmas morning, but we had to force her to participate the previous two years. She was so grumpy and wanted no part of Christmas until this year. That is progress, my friends!
Candy! Nothing else is needed!
Trains! Nothing else needed here!
We gave each child one modest gift and then gave two bigger gifts to the whole gang. This foosball table is the one that interests the older kids.
We finally let the little ones drag the teen out of bed so we could get started on the fun. He sticks his tongue out for my pictures, so I will post pictures of him sticking out his tongue. Oh, well.
Jon's Ralphie gift
It's a bad picture, but I love her reaction. I love this about Basia. Every birthday is the best birthday ever, and every Christmas is the best Christmas EVER! This one was no exception.
A Wii U for the whole crew from Aunt Saralyn and Uncle CJ. They were a bit excited.
I finally found Christmas pajamas that Brishen was willing to wear. Score!
Movie night gift from Grandmother
As seen on Shark Tank, this is the big gift for the little ones. Christmas morning was cold, but the kids wanted to jump. They would run outside and jump a few times and run back in. The weather was nice enough by the afternoon that pants became optional, obviously.
Oh, my, gosh. I LOVE this picture!! I made fancy hot chocolate at Brishen's request. I was trying to get a picture of them all drinking it at the same time, but this is infinitely better. I love the hot chocolate mustache on Tobias and the fact that there was no way that Cassia was going to take another drink.
